Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Capino platform ("Service") – a web application that provides access to English grammar tests, AI-powered error explanations, and personalized learning tools. By purchasing access and using the Capino platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services provided

2.1. Capino provides digital access to interactive grammar tests, personalized error explanations (AI-powered), and, where available, adaptive learning.

2.2. The platform is administered by FOP Mizura Mykhailo Serhiyovych.

3. Access and payment

3.1. Access to Capino is provided after a one-time payment of $5.

3.2. Prices may change without prior notice, however this does not affect already paid orders.

3.3. After successful payment, access is provided within 24 hours.

4. One-time payment

4.1. Payment is made once and provides unlimited access to all platform features.

4.2. No subscriptions or recurring payments are provided.

5. Refunds

If the Services do not meet the Buyer's expectations or requirements, including any delays or failures in accessing the Services, the Buyer may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at capino.app@gmail.com, clearly describing the issue.

6. User obligations

6.1. You must be of legal age (18+) to use the Capino service.

6.2. You agree not to abuse the platform or its content and to comply with current legislation.

6.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of data provided during registration and payment.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All Capino content (tests, explanations, design, code) is the intellectual property of the Seller or its licensors.

7.2. It is prohibited to copy, publish, or commercially use any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

8.1. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

8.2. Capino does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation or achievement of specific learning results.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1. The Seller is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of the service.

9.2. The Seller's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services.

10. Privacy

10.1. Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to terms

11.1. Capino has the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication and apply to new purchases.

12. Applicable law

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts.
